1. Definitions

3. Account Registration

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, using the same device, IP address, household, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. koko77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings or balances found in duplicate accounts without prior notice.

3.3 Accou nt Security

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirement

4.3 Processing Time

4.4 Ongoing Verification

5. Deposits

5.2 Currency

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and koko77 accepts no responsibility for any conversion losses or fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

5.4 Deposit Processing

5.5 Source of Funds

By depositing funds, you warrant that all money deposited is legitimately yours, is free from any criminal origin, and has been obtained through lawful means. koko77 will report suspicious deposit activity to relevant authorities as required under applicable international anti-money laundering standards.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

A withdrawal may only be requested after your KYC verification has been completed and approved. Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, unless our compliance team approves an alternative arrangement in writing.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per week may apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted at koko77's discretion for security or compliance reasons.

6.3 Processing Time

koko77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). During peak periods, public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, or when additional security checks are required, processing may take up to 24 hours. koko77 is not liable for delays caused by the recipient bank's internal processing times.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the automatic removal of bonus funds from your balance prior to processing.

6.5 Withdrawal Refusal

koko77 reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of the reason where legally permissible to do so.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

koko77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the AFF Cup, Ramadhan specials, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount on eligible games before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unfulfilled wagering requirements at expiry will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each bet toward the requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The specific contribution rates are stated in each bonus offer's terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and relevant balances forfeited.

8. Gameplay & Betting Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

8.3 Togel Rules

In the event of a data feed error, koko77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Results once officially published are final and non-negotiable.

8.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection, technical fault, or system error during a game session, koko77 will use server-side records to determine the state of play at the point of failure. Where a game cannot be resolved from server records, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. koko77 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

8.5 Minimum & Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market and may be adjusted by koko77 at any time. Players with VIP status may be eligible for elevated limits at koko77's sole discretion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on koko77 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the koko77 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on koko77.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the koko77 platform — including but not limited to the koko77 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of koko77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the koko77 platform without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of koko77's intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

koko77 provides its services on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond our control may cause temporary service interruptions. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

11.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, koko77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

koko77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if koko77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Force Majeure

koko77 shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall bear no liability for failure to perform any obligation where such failure results from a Force Majeure event, including natural disasters, governmental actions, cyberattacks, strikes, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.

12. Privacy & Data

koko77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights as a data subject.

13. Responsible Gaming

koko77 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of player protection tools including deposit limits, session time limits, reality-check notifications, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available within your account settings at any time. We strongly encourage all Players to use these features proactively.

koko77 reserves the right to impose mandatory limits or restrictions on any account where our monitoring systems identify indicators of problem gambling behavior, without prior notice to the Player. 14. Account Suspension & Closure

14.1 Suspension by koko77

koko77 may suspend or close any Player account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes; (c) the Player has provided false registration information; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so.

14.2 Funds on Closure

Where an account is closed by koko77 due to a material breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, underage gambling, or money laundering — any balance in the account, including real-money funds, may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., at the Player's own request or due to a regulatory withdrawal from a market), verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player after deduction of any outstanding wagering obligations.

14.3 Closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered bank account within 5 business days.

15. Amendments to These Terms

koko77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the koko77 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koko77 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to koko77's internal dispute resolution team for resolution within 30 days of formal written notification of the dispute.

16.2 Dispute Resolution Process

To raise a formal dispute, Players must contact koko77 support in writing, clearly stating the nature of the complaint, the relevant dates and transaction references, and the resolution they are seeking. koko77 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitration body as designated by koko77's licensing authority.

16.3 Indonesian Players

koko77 acknowledges that its primary user base consists of residents of Indonesia. Indonesian players agree that by accepting these Terms they are choosing to access koko77 on the basis of its international license and that disputes shall be resolved under the governing jurisdiction set out in clause 16.1, not under Indonesian domestic law.
